Catholic Education Sandhurst Limited (CESL) is seeking a Website Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting ongoing opportunity reporting to the Marketing and Communications Manager.

About The CESL Office

The CESL Office Team comprises of close to 150 employees working across 7 key functional areas, supporting over 50 schools and early childhood centres within the Sandhurst Diocese. We are a supportive and friendly team who are committed to working collaboratively with our schools to achieve the best outcomes possible for our students. With office locations in Bendigo, Wangaratta and Tatura.

About You

  • Strong writing and editing skills for digital platforms
  • An eye for visual design and branding consistency
  • Experience creating engaging, accurate and user-friendly web content
  • Confidence working with tools such as CMS platforms and Canva
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • A collaborative mindset and a genuine desire to support school staff

Magnify Sandhurst

In 2025, a diocesan first, a comprehensive and exciting new learning and teaching program was simultaneously launched across over 50 Catholic schools in the Sandhurst Diocese. 

Magnify Sandhurst will be introduced across 2025 to 2027, with each phase designed to bring measurable improvements in each learning environment. 

Magnify Sandhurst is set to transform learning for students with more specific and explicit teaching practices, bringing greater consistency and a more predictable and effective education experience for all students. 

The Magnify Sandhurst program combines evidence-based practices in teaching and learning to support each student's unique needs, strengths, and goals, focusing on strengthening core areas like literacy and numeracy, building supportive classroom environments, and integrating Catholic values in daily learning.
