We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our collaborative and values-driven People & Culture team. In this important role, you'll provide essential HR support to schools across our network, ensuring seamless and compliant employment processes.
The Position
About the Role
Reporting directly to the People Operations Lead, the HR Coordinator plays a key role in preparing and managing employment contracts and letters for both new and existing staff. You’ll act as a first point of contact for general HR enquiries, providing clear and accurate advice on policies, processes, legislation, and enterprise agreements—particularly around classifications and remuneration.

The CESL Office Team comprises of close to 150 employees working across 7 key functional areas, supporting over 50 schools and early childhood centres within the Sandhurst Diocese. We are a supportive and friendly team who are committed to working collaboratively with our schools to achieve the best outcomes possible for our students. With office locations in Bendigo, Wangaratta and Tatura.
