St Joseph’s School, Quarry Hill is seeking a passionate and dedicated Year 1/2 classroom teacher to join our friendly and supportive school community. This is an exciting, fixed-term opportunity from 28th July (or by negotiation) for the remainder of the 2025 school year.


The Position

  • Title: Yr 1/2 Classroom Teacher
  • Salary per hour/year: As per CEMEA
  • FTE / Hours per fortnight: FTE 1
  • Employment Status: Full Time / Fixed Term
  • Location: St Joseph’s Primary School Quarry Hill
  • Potential start date: 28th July, 2025 (or by negotiation)

In 2025, a diocesan first, a comprehensive and exciting new learning and teaching program was simultaneously launched across over 50 Catholic schools in the Sandhurst Diocese. 

Magnify Sandhurst will be introduced across 2025 to 2027, with each phase designed to bring measurable improvements in each learning environment. 

Magnify Sandhurst is set to transform learning for students with more specific and explicit teaching practices, bringing greater consistency and a more predictable and effective education experience for all students.
