Are you passionate about creating engaging online experiences? Do you have a knack for content, design, and helping others succeed? Catholic Education Sandhurst Limited (CESL) is looking for a Website Content Coordinator to join our Marketing and Communications team.

This is your opportunity to make a real impact by managing and optimising a network of school websites across the Sandhurst Diocese. You’ll ensure these sites reflect our mission and values while providing practical support to school staff.

The Position

  • Title: Website Content Coordinator
  • FTE / Hours: 0.6 FTE / 22.8 hours per week
  • Employment Status: Ongoing
  • Location: Bendigo
  • Other Requirements: WWCC, National Police Check, and Driver's License
  • Potential start date: January 2026

About The CESL Office

The CESL Office Team comprises of close to 150 employees supporting over 50 schools and early childhood centres within the Sandhurst Diocese. We are a supportive and friendly team who are committed to working collaboratively with our schools to achieve the best outcomes possible for our students. With office locations in Bendigo, Wangaratta and Tatura.

You will bring

  • Strong writing and editing skills for digital platforms.
  • Ability to create engaging, accurate, and brand-aligned content.
  • Strong eye for visual design and branding consistency, with the ability to produce aesthetically appealing and user-friendly web content
  • Excellent organisational and coordination skills to manage multiple projects.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Problem-solving mindset with adaptability to changing priorities.

Magnify Sandhurst

In 2025, a diocesan first, a comprehensive and exciting new learning and teaching program was simultaneously launched across over 50 Catholic schools in the Sandhurst Diocese. 

Magnify Sandhurst will be introduced across 2025 to 2027, with each phase designed to bring measurable improvements in each learning environment. 

Magnify Sandhurst is set to transform learning for students with more specific and explicit teaching practices, bringing greater consistency and a more predictable and effective education experience for all students. 

The Magnify Sandhurst program combines evidence-based practices in teaching and learning to support each student's unique needs, strengths, and goals, focusing on strengthening core areas like literacy and numeracy, building supportive classroom environments, and integrating Catholic values in daily learning.
