Catholic Education Sandhurst Limited (CESL) is seeking a Finance and Administration Assistant to join our Accounting Services – office Team. This is an exciting ongoing opportunity reporting to the Senior Accountant.   

Reporting to the Senior Accountant this position is responsible for the accounts receivable function at CESLO whilst providing support to the accounts payable function and general accounting processes.

About The CESL Office

The CESL Office Team comprises of close to 150 employees working across 7 key functional areas, supporting over 50 schools and early childhood centres within the Sandhurst Diocese. We are a supportive and friendly team who are committed to working collaboratively with our schools to achieve the best outcomes possible for our students. With office locations in Bendigo, Wangaratta and Tatura.

About You

  • Demonstrates a professional, welcoming demeanour and consistently fosters positive interactions with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders and maintains a supportive attitude
  • Proven ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to provide support and advice to multiple clients
  • Great interpersonal skills with demonstrated high-quality written and oral communication skills
  • The ability to juggle competing demands and prioritise effectively
  • Demonstrated knowledge, experience, and success in accounting software and Microsoft Office package (Excel).
