Catholic College Wodonga is seeking a Teacher in the areas of English, Psychology and Humanities to join our friendly school environment, located in our thriving town in beautiful North-East Victoria. This is an exciting ongoing, full-time opportunity to be part of Catholic Education in the Sandhurst Diocese.

About Catholic College

We’re a co-educational school with around 1250 students from Year 7 to Year 12.

The school opened in 1979 when St Augustine’s Girls Secondary College expanded and moved to this location as Catholic College Wodonga. Today the school continues its affiliation with Mercy Education, and was recently recognised as one of Cambridge University’s 100 Most Innovative Schools. In 2025, a diocesan first, a comprehensive and exciting new learning and teaching program was simultaneously launched across over 50 Catholic schools in the Sandhurst Diocese. 

Magnify Sandhurst will be introduced across 2025 to 2027, with each phase designed to bring measurable improvements in each learning environment. 

Magnify Sandhurst is set to transform learning for students with more specific and explicit teaching practices, bringing greater consistency and a more predictable and effective education experience for all students. 

The Magnify Sandhurst program combines evidence-based practices in teaching and learning to support each student's unique needs, strengths, and goals, focusing on strengthening core areas like literacy and numeracy, building supportive classroom environments, and integrating Catholic values in daily learning.
