We are seeking a warm, professional, and organised School Operations Administrator to join our school community. This is a diverse and rewarding role that supports students, families, staff, and the Principal through a range of administrative and support the Business Manage with finance administration tasks.

This role would suit a person who is looking to reenter the workforce would love to work during school hours.


The Position

  • FTE: 0.4
  • Employment Status: Fixed Term (19 April 2026]
  • Location: Bendigo
  • Other Requirements WWCC National Police Check, Driver's License
  • Potential start date: 13 October 2025

 To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • A commitment to supporting the Catholic ethos and values of our school.
  • Be a friendly approachable person with excellent communication and general administration skills.
  • Experience in finance administration
  • Experience in front office support, including handling phone calls, student queries, and processing payments.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive data.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, working collaboratively with staff, students, and parents to create a positive and welcoming environment.
  • A current Working with Children Check (WWCC)

In 2025, a diocesan first, a comprehensive and exciting new learning and teaching program was simultaneously launched across over 50 Catholic schools in the Sandhurst Diocese.
