The Position

  • Classification: CEMEA 2022 

  • Salary per year: $36,190 - $38,117 pro rata 

  • PTE / Hours per fortnight: .6 - 22.8hrs per week 

  • Employment Status: Ongoing  

  • Location: Wangaratta 

  • Other Requirements: Working with Children Card / Police Check 

  • Potential start date: 27/10/2025 

  About You 

  • Have a Satisfactory national Police Record Check. 

  • Provide a current satisfactory Working with Children's Check. 

  • Show enthusiasm for maintaining the school grounds with pride in your work. 

  • Exhibit an adaptable, agile mindset, remain calm under pressure and think clearly in stressful situations. 

  • Contribute positively to team dynamics.

In 2025, a diocesan first, a comprehensive and exciting new learning and teaching program was simultaneously launched across over 50 Catholic schools in the Sandhurst Diocese.  

Magnify Sandhurst will be introduced across 2025 to 2027, with each phase designed to bring measurable improvements in each learning environment.  

Magnify Sandhurst is set to transform learning for students with more specific and explicit teaching practices, bringing greater consistency and a more predictable and effective education experience for all students.  

The Magnify Sandhurst program combines evidence-based practices in teaching and learning to support each student's unique needs, strengths, and goals, focusing on strengthening core areas like literacy and numeracy, building supportive classroom environments, and integrating Catholic values in daily learning.
