The Opportunity

Catholic Education Sandhurst Ltd (CES Ltd) is seeking a Payroll Advisor to join our team. This is an exciting Fixed Term Part Time (0.6FTE) opportunity, starting as soon as possible until October 2026, reporting directly to the People Operations Lead. This position will be responsible for providing operational payroll advice, education and support to our schools.

You will have:

• Experience in payroll processing in a large organisation
• Experience working with payroll technologies and recruitment systems
• Strong understanding and application of legislation that underpins HR and payroll processes and compliance
• Experience in facilitating training and or workshops
• Demonstrated capacity to identify, develop and improve process improvements
• Capability to communicate process change and provide coaching and support
