Catholic Education Sandhurst (CESL) is looking for a highly skilled and proactive Executive Assistant – Business Services.

This exciting full-time, ongoing opportunity offers the chance to play a key role in supporting the Deputy Director – Business Services, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of their role. You will provide high-level, confidential, and efficient executive support to help drive the success and impact of the Deputy Director’s initiatives at CESL.

The Position

• Classification: CEO Administration Level 4 (CEMEA 2022)
• Salary per year: $88,428
• FTE: Full time - 1 FTE
• Employment Status: Ongoing
• Location: Bendigo
• Other Requirements: Working With Children Check, Current National Police Check

 About You

• You will have experience in an Executive support role
• You will have experience in preparing clear and concise documentation, such as letters, briefing papers, and reports. 
• You will have demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a high-functioning team.
• You will possess strong organisational skills, prioritisation, and attention to detail.

The CESL Office Team comprises of close to 150 employees working across 7 key functional areas, supporting over 50 schools and early childhood centres within the Sandhurst Diocese. We are a supportive and friendly team who are committed to working collaboratively with our schools to achieve the best outcomes possible for our students.
