About You
You are a proactive and results-oriented professional with a strong background in Human Resources and OH&S management. You bring:
Experience in resource allocation, and strong Emotional intelligence skills.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with school leadership and staff.
A commitment to supporting the Catholic ethos and values of the school.
The ability to oversee compliance, facilities management, and risk management.
Experience in human resource management and administration.

In 2025, a diocesan first, a comprehensive and exciting new learning and teaching program was simultaneously launched across 51 Catholic schools in the Sandhurst Diocese.
