St Josephs Primary Rochester is seeking a Pastoral & Wellbeing Officer - Chaplain to join our friendly school environment. This is an exciting, fixed term opportunity to be part of Catholic Education in the Sandhurst Diocese.

• Title: Pastoral & Wellbeing Officer - Chaplain
• Classification: Category B Education Support Level 2 
• Salary per year: $56,579 - $72,459
• FTE / Hours per fortnight: 0.5 FTE, 38 hours per fortnight
• Employment Status: Fixed term until January 26, 2027
• Location: Rochester
• Other Requirements: WWCC, National Police Check, Drivers License

• work as a member of the school’s wellbeing team in the delivery of student wellbeing services
• contribute to improving student engagement and connectedness
• contribute to providing a safe, inclusive and supportive learning environment
• provide pastoral care and guidance to students 
• operate within the school community and with external providers
