This full time Learning Support Officer role is located in beautiful Nathalia in our highly regarded Secondary College.

  • You have a high degree of empathy, self-awareness and emotional intelligence
  • You bring great communication skills and a proactive approach to building positive relationships with students, staff, and families

**An interest and/or strength in understanding the Maths curriculum will be highly regarded.

In this role, you will:

  • Support students in their social, emotional, and academic development under the guidance of a teacher.
  • Collaborate with teachers to prepare resources, monitor progress, and implement learning strategies.

  • Participate in a variety of school activities, including excursions, productions, and wellbeing programs.
  • Contribute to creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for all students.

In 2025, a diocesan first, a comprehensive and exciting new learning and teaching program was simultaneously launched across over 50 Catholic schools in the Sandhurst Diocese.
