Catholic College is seeking a Communications & Media Officer to join our friendly school environment. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of Catholic Education in the Sandhurst Diocese.
This is an ongoing role starting on January 19th 2026. It will be full-time or part-time by negotiation.
The Position
The Communications & Media Officer (Operations) strengthens the Catholic College community by building connections internally and externally through quality communication strategies.
This role ensures the smooth execution of day-to-day communications and media activities. Responsibilities include managing routine content production, maintaining digital channels, coordinating media inquiries, and supporting internal and external communications. The position emphasises consistency, efficiency, and adherence to organisational standards, while providing timely and accurate information to stakeholders. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential.

We are a co-educational school with approximately 1250 students from Year 7 to Year 12.
The school opened in 1979 when St Augustine’s Girls Secondary College expanded and moved to this location as Catholic College Wodonga. Today the school continues its affiliation with Mercy Education and continues to embrace the opportunities to enrich the life of our broader community through our faith commitment.
