About you
You are a compassionate and proactive professional with a strong commitment to supporting student learning and wellbeing. You work effectively with students on an individual and small‑group basis, helping to build confidence, independence, and positive learning habits.
With strong communication and interpersonal skills, you collaborate closely with teaching staff, support teams, students, and families. You are organised, adaptable, and responsive to individual learning needs, and take pride in contributing to a safe, inclusive, and supportive school environment.

Magnify Sandhurst
In 2025, a diocesan first, a comprehensive and exciting new learning and teaching program was simultaneously launched across over 50 Catholic schools in the Sandhurst Diocese. Magnify Sandhurst will be introduced across 2025 to 2027, with each phase designed to bring measurable improvements in each learning environment.
Magnify Sandhurst is set to transform learning for students with more specific and explicit teaching practices, bringing greater consistency and a more predictable and effective education experience for all students. The Magnify Sandhurst program combines evidence-based practices in teaching and learning to support each student's unique needs, strengths, and goals, focusing on
strengthening core areas like literacy and numeracy, building supportive classroom environments, and integrating Catholic values in daily learning.
