About the role
The Company Secretary is a key governance professional responsible for supporting the effective functioning of the Catholic Education Sandhurst Ltd (CESL) Board, Sandhurst Catholic Early Childhood Education and Care Ltd (SCECEC) Board, and their committees. This role will:
ensure the organisation complies with statutory and regulatory requirements and implements decisions made by the board of directors.
act as a chief governance advisor, facilitating sound corporate governance practices and ensuring the integrity of the governance framework.

An experienced company secretary you:
are driven and motivated, with highly developed people and interpersonal and communication skills.
demonstrate the ability to influence and work cohesively with the Board and Executive team.
apply high levels of judgement, attention to detail, initiative and accuracy to manage competing priorities
