The Opportunity

We are seeking a College Timetabler to join our school community commencing Term 1 2026.

A great ongoing part time opportunity exists for a College Timetabler to join our positive, supportive and close-knit school environment. 

The College Timetabler assists in the development and administration of a coherent College timetable that will deliver quality curriculum and education to our students. With the assistance of the Timetabler application, the College Timetabler will create effective timetable scheduling that balances the needs and possibilities of student’s learning, whilst aligning to the human and physical resources of the college. Time in lieu will be provided to offset any additional hours worked.

You will:

• Liaise with the Executive Leadership Team in order to develop, build and prepare the annual College timetable. 

• Develop an understanding of all College resources in order to develop a timetable that best supports students learning. 

• Ensure the timetable is accurate and up to date at all times. 

• Assist in the staffing and timetabling requirements for short term contracts and other staffing allocations outside of the published timetable. 

• Assume responsibility for the preparation of timetables for exams, student orientation programs, and testing such as NAPLAN. 

• Assist with the collation and timetabling requirements of student subject selections on an annual basis in order to construct the following year’s timetable. 

• Liaise with the Executive Leadership Team in regard to the timely construction of the College timetable for the following school year, and as required by subject and staffing changes throughout the year.
