The Opportunities

We are seeking two Learning Support Officers to join our school community in Term 1, 2026. These two exciting Ongoing Part Time opportunities exists, approximately one position of 20 hours a week and another of 30 hours a week, to join our welcoming, supportive and collaborative school environment and to be part of Catholic Education in the Sandhurst Diocese.


The Positions

  • Title: Learning Support Officer
  • Classification: Category B Education Support Level 2
  • Salary per hour/year: $68 358 - $78 500 pro-rata for part time
  • FTE / Hours per fortnight: 20 hours 0.52 FTE & 30 hours 0.79 FTE
  • Employment Status: Ongoing
  • Location: Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Elmore
  • Other Requirements: WWCC
  • Desirable: Education support qualifications and experience
  • Potential start date: 27 January 2026

  • You hold current Working With Children Check.

In 2025, a diocesan first, a comprehensive and exciting new learning and teaching program was simultaneously launched across over 50 Catholic schools in the Sandhurst Diocese.
