Sacred Heart School, Tatura is seeking a Student Wellbeing Officer to join our friendly school environment. This is an exciting ongoing, part-time (0.2 FTE) opportunity to contribute to Catholic Education in the Sandhurst Diocese. You will provide support, intervention services, and programs, working closely with the Wellbeing team to foster student engagement, resilience, and growth.
The Position

Classification: Education Support Officer – Category B (CEMEA 2022)
FTE / Hours per fortnight: 0.2
Employment Status: Ongoing
Location: Sacred Heart School, Tatura
Other Requirements: Working with Children Check, National Police Check
Reports to: Wellbeing Leader

About You
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage students, families, and staff.
Experience in youth work, social work, psychology, health sciences, or related fields.
Knowledge of child development, social-emotional learning frameworks, and student wellbeing strategies.
Commitment to the Catholic ethos, child safety, and professional standards.
Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a dynamic environment.
