Senior Project Manager

Bendigo | Full-Time | Fixed Term (2 Years) 

Salary per year: $160,000 - $175,000 - excluding superannuation (dependent upon experience)

We’re seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Project Manager to lead the implementation of a new organisation-wide SaaS ERP system. In this key role, you’ll work with our vendor and system integrator partners to plan, execute, and deliver this key strategic project, shaping the future of CESL’s Business Services functions. About You

• Proven track record delivering large end-to-end projects, including Enterprise software implementations
• Strong knowledge of project management and SDLC methodologies
• Expert in project and process management tools
• Skilled in leading and managing teams, managing competing priorities, and delivering under pressure
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and decision-making abilities
• Advanced digital literacy across Microsoft 365 and documentation tools
• Committed to working within Catholic values and ensuring child safety compliance
