St Mary’s Myrtleford is seeking a dynamic and visionary educator to take on the pivotal role of Senior Lead Teacher (Learning & Teaching). This position is central to driving excellence in pedagogy, curriculum design, and assessment across the school. As a strategic leader, you will champion the continued implementation of the Magnify, Sandhurst Initiative, and bring to life the CESL and St Mary’s vision for learning. With a strong focus on instructional coaching, you will foster a culture of continuous improvement, empowering teachers to refine their practice and elevate student outcomes. The role also encompasses leadership of Inclusive Learning, including oversight of the NCCD and coordination of Tier 2 and Tier 3 interventions within a responsive Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS). Operationally, you will manage key daily organiser functions such as timetabling and CRT replacement, ensuring the smooth running of the school day. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate educator with strong organisational and interpersonal skills to shape inclusive, evidence-based learning and make a lasting impact on the educational journey of every student at St Mary’s Myrtleford

About You

  •  Lead strategic excellence in pedagogy, curriculum design, and assessment, driving the implementation of the Magnify, Sandhurst Initiative and the CESL/St Mary’s vision for learning.
