Catholic Education Sandhurst Limited (CESL) is seeking a ServiceNow Manager to join our Operations Team. This is an exciting full time ongoing opportunity reporting to the ICT Lead.  

The ServiceNow Manager drives the administration, optimisation, and innovation of CESL’s ServiceNow platform, ensuring workflows and modules align with organisational goals. You’ll lead design, configuration, and deployment, collaborate with teams and vendors to maintain a secure, scalable platform, and champion best practices to maximise adoption, efficiency, and value across the organisation.

You’ll deliver value across ITSM, CSM, Knowledge, Virtual Agent/AI and automation workflows. From governance, CMDB/Discovery, integrations, and security/role design to agile delivery and change/adoption, you’ll shape an experience staff love and rely on every day. We’re seeking a hands-on platform owner with deep ServiceNow expertise, sharp stakeholder skills, and a track record of delivering outcomes at scale.   • Other Requirements: WWCC, National Police Check & Driver’s License
  • Potential start date: 1 December 2025

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Proven experience administering and optimising ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, workflow design, and process automation.
  • Skilled in system integrations, cloud platforms, and DevOps practices.
  • Understanding of project methodologies and cybersecurity principles.
  • ServiceNow certified (e.g., System Administrator, Implementation Specialist).
  • Experience with additional ServiceNow modules (HR, Facilities, Security, etc.) is a plus.

The CESL Office Team comprises of close to 150 employees working across 7 key functional areas, supporting over 50 schools and early childhood centres within the Sandhurst Diocese. We are a supportive and friendly team who are committed to working collaboratively with our schools to achieve the best outcomes possible for our students. With office locations in Bendigo, Wangaratta and Tatura.
