We are seeking an organised, capable and community-minded School Operations Administrator to join our small and vibrant rural school community from Term 2, 2026.
This is more than an administration role. It is a trusted position at the centre of school life, supporting leadership, strengthening community connections and ensuring the smooth and professional running of our school.

THE POSITION
Classification: Education Support Level 2, Category B (Catholic Education Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2022)
FTE: 0.53 (20 hours per week)
Work Pattern: 3 days per week, 8:30am – 3:30pm
Salary Range: $29,986.87 – $38,403.27
Employment Status: Ongoing
Reports to: Principal
Location: Elmore, Victoria
Start Date: Monday 20 April 2026

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Service & General Administration
- Welcoming and assisting parents, visitors, staff and students
- Managing reception, phone calls and general enquiries
- Providing administrative and organisational support to school leadership
- Coordinating mail, supplies, school events and communication
Student Services & Communications
- Managing daily student attendance and parent notifications
- Preparing enrolment packs and maintaining student data
- Supporting newsletters, social media, school calendars and parent communications
Finance Administration
- Accounts payable/receivable, banking and reconciliations
- Generating invoices and supporting fee management
- Supporting reporting, budgets and audit preparation
Compliance, Payroll & HR Support
- Maintaining compliance records and training schedules
- Supporting payroll documentation, staff onboarding and leave records
- Assisting with daily organisation including CRT bookings
OHS, First Aid & Emergency Response
- Providing first aid and maintaining medical records and supplies
- Supporting emergency procedures, checks and risk assessments
- Assisting with excursion planning and safety documentation
