St Monica's Primary School have an exciting opportunity for a full time Property & Maintenance Officer. The Property & Maintenance Officer is a vital role for the functioning of the school grounds, buildings, furniture, equipment and resources, as it ensures St Monica’s Primary School is maintained to a high standard, with safety as a priority. 

The work hours for this position are Monday - Friday 7am - 3pm. We are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible.

Applications must be able to demonstrate and address the following Key Selection Criteria:

• Knowledge of the use and care of tools and equipment.

• Focused on solving problems and discerning the best solutions to meet the needs of the individual and St Monica’s.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Excellent organisation and time management skills with proven ability to complete multiple tasks

• Ability to work both within a team as well as independently

• Calm and measured in all situations.

• Warm, positive, approachable and respectful demeanour

• Trade certificate or experience related to the building and construction industry is desirable
