St Monica's Primary School have an exciting opportunity for a full time Property & Maintenance Officer. The Property & Maintenance Officer is a vital role for the functioning of the school grounds, buildings, furniture, equipment and resources, as it ensures St Monica’s Primary School is maintained to a high standard, with safety as a priority.
The work hours for this position are Monday - Friday 7am - 3pm. We are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible.
Applications must be able to demonstrate and address the following Key Selection Criteria:
Knowledge of the use and care of tools and equipment.
Focused on solving problems and discerning the best solutions to meet the needs of the individual and St Monica’s.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent organisation and time management skills with proven ability to complete multiple tasks
Ability to work both within a team as well as independently
Calm and measured in all situations.
Warm, positive, approachable and respectful demeanour
Trade certificate or experience related to the building and construction industry is desirable
