We are seeking a dedicated individual who is passionate about creating a positive and welcoming environment. This role involves providing high-quality administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our beautiful school community.

Our Lady’s Primary School is seeking an Administration Officer to join our friendly school environment. This is an exciting ongoing part time opportunity to be part of Catholic Education in the Sandhurst Diocese.

The role of School Operations Administrator is to provide administrative and financial support for the school including creation and maintenance of school and student data files, debtor/creditor maintenance, monthly and annual reporting and reconciliation.

  • Experience in human resource management and administration (desirable but not essential).

In 2025, a diocesan first, a comprehensive and exciting new learning and teaching program was simultaneously launched across over 50 Catholic schools in the Sandhurst Diocese. 

Magnify Sandhurst will be introduced across 2025 to 2027, with each phase designed to bring measurable improvements in each learning environment.
