Project Manager

Bendigo | Full-Time | Ongoing 

Salary per year: $120,000 - $145,000 - excluding superannuation (dependent upon experience)  

Deliver transformative projects that shape the future of Catholic Education Sandhurst Limited (CESL).

We’re seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead the delivery of organisation-wide, high-impact initiatives including the implementation of a new ERP system. In this key role, you’ll plan, execute, and deliver strategic projects that will shape CESL’s future. If you’re innovative, skilled at engaging stakeholders, and adaptable to shifting priorities, we want to hear from you!

About You

  • Proven track record delivering large end-to-end projects, including Enterprise software implementations
  • Strong knowledge of project management and SDLC methodologies
  • Expert in project and process management tools
  • Skilled in leading teams, managing competing priorities, and delivering under pressure
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and decision-making abilities
  • Advanced digital literacy across Microsoft 365 and documentation tools
  • Committed to working within Catholic values and ensuring child safety compliance
