With 390 students, St Joseph’s is a large, well-regarded primary school with a strong reputation for pastoral care, student engagement and academic achievement. The school nurtures every learner through a commitment to Catholic identity, inclusive practices and academic growth. It is a successful and well established ‘Magnify Sandhurst’ school and works in partnership with FCJ College, which is situated right across the road.

This role will suit an experienced Catholic school leader or aspiring Principal looking for meaningful leadership in a smaller setting.
About You
You are a relational and innovative educator, grounded in faith and committed to Catholic education. You bring:
Demonstrated leadership experience in a Catholic school setting
Strong communication, team-building and strategic leadership capabilities
Accreditation to Teach Religious Education or Lead in a Catholic School
Registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (or eligibility to register)
A Master’s degree in education or related field (or commitment to commence)
