Catholic Education Sandhurst Limited (CESL) invites applications from passionate educators to lead St Mary’s Primary School, Cohuna, a small and nurturing Catholic school community located in northern Victoria along the Murray River.

This role is ideal for a Principal or aspiring leader who values community partnerships, shared leadership and faith formation. You’ll work closely with families, staff and the local parish to nurture a learning environment where every child feels known, safe and inspired to grow.

This role will suit an experienced Catholic school leader or aspiring Principal looking for meaningful leadership in a smaller setting.  

About You 

You are a relational and innovative educator, grounded in faith and committed to Catholic education. You bring: 

• Demonstrated leadership experience in a Catholic school setting 

• Strong communication, team-building and strategic leadership capabilities 

• Accreditation to Teach Religious Education or Lead in a Catholic School 

• Registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (or eligibility to register) 

• A Master’s degree in education or related field (or commitment to commence)
