St Mary of the Angels Nathalia is seeking a Payroll/ Finance Officer to join our calm and friendly school environment. This is an exciting full time opportunity to be part of Catholic Education in the Sandhurst Diocese.


The Position

  • Title: Payroll/ Finance Officer 
  • Classification: Category C Level 4
  • Salary per hour/year: $90,269 - 102,822
  • FTE / Hours per fortnight: 38
  • Employment Status: Ongoing
  • Location: Nathalia
  • Other Requirements: WWCC, National Police Check, Drivers License
  • Potential start date: ASAP

You will bring:

  • Extensive experience in a Finance role, with demonstrated experience in Payroll. 

  • Postgraduate qualification in a finance discipline

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate staff 

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with a proven ability to work to deadlines.

  • Strong attention to detail. 

  • Ethical, professional, and with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
