St Anne's College is seeking a Learning and Teaching Leader (F-6) to join our friendly school environment. This is an exciting fixed term, full time opportunity to be part of Catholic Education in the Sandhurst Diocese.
The Learning and Teaching Leader (F-6) plays a vital role in supporting the Principal and Deputy Principal – Learning & Teaching in the strategic and operational leadership of Foundation to Year 6. This role oversees key areas of curriculum development, pedagogy, and staff performance, with a focus on ensuring high-quality teaching and learning across early and primary years.
The Learning and Teaching Leader (F-6) will collaborate with Subject Coordinators (F-6) to ensure the effective delivery and continuous improvement of literacy and numeracy programs. This leader will also be responsible for fostering a culture of professional learning and promoting the Catholic values and mission of the College through curriculum and leadership initiatives.
You will be responsible for overseeing Subject Coordinators (F-6).
This position is pivotal in shaping the learning experience of F-6 students and plays a key role in achieving the academic and developmental goals of the College.
