Position Description

St Liborius Primary School is seeking an experienced 

GROUNDS AND GENERAL MAINTENANCE OFFICER

 

This is a part time (10 hours), ongoing position with negotiable work hours.

Salary - School Service Officer CEMEA (2022) with four weeks annual leave.

 

The role includes but is not limited to:

  • Maintaining School Grounds
  • General School Maintenance
  • Identifying and Reporting Safety Hazards
  • Assisting in Ad Hoc Projects as they arise

 

About You:

  • Supportive of the Catholic ethos, traditions and practices of the school
  • Practical maintenance, handyperson and gardening
  • Have a sound understanding of OH&S requirements
  • Ability to show initiative, discretion and judgement in carrying out assigned duties
  • Ability to prioritise work schedules
  • Ability to work reliably and efficiently both individually and in a team environment, and contribute to our positive work culture
  • Provide a Current Police Check and Working with Children Check (WWCC)
  • Hold a current driver’s licence
