The Opportunity

Catholic Education Sandhurst Ltd (CES Ltd) is seeking a Administration Support Officer to join our Team. This is an exciting ongoing part time opportunity reporting directly to the Executive Assistant to the Executive Director. This position is responsible for the front desk area of the Bendigo office as well as providing general administration support to all staff within the Catholic Education Office.

Working Days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 8.30am - 5pm.

You will have:

• Demonstrated experience in working in a reception or administrative role.
• Proven organisational and administration skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Demonstrated high level customer service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
