We are seeking an Executive Assistant for a full time, fixed term role, providing high level support and reporting to the Deputy Director – Mission and Educational Development.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working at the centre of coordination, and communication - helping turn ideas into action while ensuring day-to-day operations run seamlessly.

The Position

  • Title: Executive Assistant - Mission and Educational Development
  • Classification: CEO Administration Level 4
  • Salary per hour/year: $89,312
  • FTE / Hours per fortnight: 1 FTE / 76 hours per fortnight
  • Employment Status: Fixed Term (until July 2027)
  • Location: Wangaratta
  • Other Requirements: WWCC, National Police Check, Drivers License
  • Potential start date: May 2026

The CESL Office Team comprises of close to 150 employees working across 7 key functional areas, supporting over 50 schools and early childhood centres within the Sandhurst Diocese. We are a supportive and friendly team who are committed to working collaboratively with our schools to achieve the best outcomes possible for our students. With office locations in Bendigo, Wangaratta and Tatura.

In 2025, a diocesan first, a comprehensive and exciting new learning and teaching program was simultaneously launched across over 50 Catholic schools in the Sandhurst Diocese. 

Magnify Sandhurst will be introduced across 2025 to 2027, with each phase designed to bring measurable improvements in each learning environment.
