Catholic Education Sandhurst Limited (CESL) is seeking an Administration Assistant to join our People & Culture team in an exciting ongoing part-time (0.8 FTE) role, reporting to the Chief People Officer.

Join CESL and play a key role in keeping the Chief People Officer and the People & Culture team organised and thriving. You’ll manage diaries, coordinate meetings, handle confidential correspondence, and support projects—all while building strong relationships across the central team and schools network.

About The CESL Office

The CESL Office Team comprises of close to 150 employees working across 7 key functional areas, supporting over 50 schools and early childhood centres within the Sandhurst Diocese. We are a supportive and friendly team who are committed to working collaboratively with our schools to achieve the best outcomes possible for our students. With office locations in Bendigo, Wangaratta and Tatura.

About You

  • Organised and proactive, providing high-level executive and administrative support.
  • Skilled in diary management, meeting coordination, correspondence, and minute taking.
  • Discreet, responsive, and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Supports team projects and day-to-day operations, ensuring workflows and actions are completed.
  • Builds strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Magnify Sandhurst

In 2025, a diocesan first, a comprehensive and exciting new learning and teaching program was simultaneously launched across over 50 Catholic schools in the Sandhurst Diocese.
