About the positions:
The Employee Relations, Health and Safety Administrator is a crucial member of the Employee Relations, Health and Safety Team within the People ad Culture function. The incumbent supports the work of the Professional Standards Office, Employee Relations (ER) and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) teams through the provision of specialist administrative tasks and responsibilities.
The HR Administrator role works collaboratively with leaders and the broader People & Culture team to deliver responsive, high quality support aligned to CESL policies, procedures and employment related legislation. Operating with a degree of autonomy, the role will be predominately focussed on the creation of employment contracts and variations and support CESL schools and leaders with end-to-end recruitment processes.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and decision-making abilities
- The capability to maintain accurate and comprehensive records, registers, and reporting systems
