Catholic Education Sandhurst Limited (CESL) are seeking an Administration Assistant to join our Operations team. This is an exciting full time (part-time potential) ongoing opportunity reporting to the Chief Operating Officer.

The Position

  • Classification: CEO Administration Level 3 (CEMEA)
  • Salary per year: $80,452
  • FTE: 1 FTE (Flexible - opportunity to work part-time or within school hours)
  • Employment Status: Ongoing
  • Location: Bendigo
  • Other Requirements: WWCC, National Police Check, Drivers Licence
  • Potential start date: ASAP

 About The CESL Office

The CESL Office Team comprises of close to 150 employees working across 7 key functional areas, supporting over 50 schools and early childhood centres within the Sandhurst Diocese. We are a supportive and friendly team who are committed to working collaboratively with our schools to achieve the best outcomes possible for our students. With office locations in Bendigo, Wangaratta and Tatura.

You Will

  • Have experience in an administration support role.
  • Have experience in preparing clear and concise documentation, such as letters, briefing papers, and reports. 
  • Have demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a high-functioning team.
  • Possess strong organisational skills, prioritisation, and attention to detail.

Magnify Sandhurst

In 2025, a diocesan first, a comprehensive and exciting new learning and teaching program was simultaneously launched across over 50 Catholic schools in the Sandhurst Diocese. 

Magnify Sandhurst will be introduced across 2025 to 2027, with each phase designed to bring measurable improvements in each learning environment. 

Magnify Sandhurst is set to transform learning for students with more specific and explicit teaching practices, bringing greater consistency and a more predictable and effective education experience for all students.
