St Mary of the Angels Nathalia is seeking an experienced and motivated Year Level Leader to guide our teaching team for 2026. 

The Position:

Title: Year Level Leader
Classification: POL 2 
Salary per hour/year: as per CEMEA 2022
FTE / Hours per fortnight: Full time 
Employment Status: The position of leadership will be in place for 2026 and 2027, but is linked to an ongoing teacher contract. 
Location: Nathalia
Other Requirements: WWCC, VIT, National Police Check, Drivers License
Potential start date: Term 1 2026 


You will bring: 
* Current Victorian Institute of Teaching registration.
* A commitment to Catholic Education and Catholic Identity.

In 2025, a diocesan first, a comprehensive and exciting new learning and teaching
program was simultaneously launched across over 50 Catholic schools in the
Sandhurst Diocese. 


Magnify Sandhurst will be introduced across 2025 to 2027, with each phase
designed to bring measurable improvements in each learning environment.
