A great Fixed Term Full Time opportunity exists for a LOP: Year Level Leader to join our positive, supportive and close-knit school environment.
Why choose to work as a Leader at St Mary's Echucha?

Leaders at St Mary’s build safe and supportive environments that motivate, build capacity and in doing so transform others to achieve more than they thought was possible. As learning leaders they are initiators of ideas, knowing how to get others to follow their lead in innovating on best practice.

They are brave and are prepared to challenge the status quo, persisting through failure when first attempts at change are resisted or don’t work. Leaders at St Mary’s recognise that conflict is an opportunity for growth in themselves and others, as well as an opportunity to gain perspective.
