The Opportunity

We are seeking a Full Time, Ongoing Year 7-9 English Teacher to join our school community from 1 September 2025.

The Position

Title: English Teacher

Classification: T1 to T2 range depending on qualifications - CEMEA 2022

FTE/ Hours per fortnight: 76 hours

Employment Status: Ongoing

Location: Notre Dame College Knight St or Emmaus Campus, Shepparton

Potential Start Date:  1 September 2025

You will:

  • Be a registered teacher with the Victorian Institute of Teaching
  • Have a commitment to Catholic Education and the Catholic Identity
  • Plan, prepare and deliver quality and effective teaching and learning programs which are consistent with the Australian Professional standards for teachers: the College Learning and Teaching Charter, College course outlines, curriculum policies, work programs and educational trends
  • Support students through interaction with them in a variety of settings and through the active development of supportive learning environments and effective behaviour management practices.
