Galen Catholic College is seeking a VCE Food Studies and/or Year 7 – 10 Food Technology Teacher (the ability to teach Religious Education would be desirable) to join our friendly school environment. This is an exciting ongoing full time opportunity to be part of Catholic Education in the Sandhurst Diocese.

We are also open to applications from teachers who are looking for part time work.

You are a passionate and dedicated educator with a strong background in VCE Food Studies and/or Food Technology? Your enthusiasm for teaching and your ability to inspire students to explore the world of food and nutrition are evident in your innovative lesson plans and engaging classroom activities. You are committed to fostering a positive learning environment where students feel supported and motivated to achieve their best. With excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit, you are eager to contribute to the vibrant community at Galen Catholic College. Your expertise in culinary arts, nutrition, and food science, combined with your dedication to student success, make you an ideal candidate for this role.

In 2025, a diocesan first, a comprehensive and exciting new learning and teaching program was simultaneously launched across over 50 Catholic schools in the Sandhurst Diocese.
