You will need:
A strong commitment to Catholic Education & Catholic Identity
Accreditation to teach RE or a willingness to obtain
Have the ability to plan for and implement engaging and effective teaching and learning in the classroom environment in line with the Victorian Curriculum
A commitment to knowing how learners learn and how to best target individuals needs
Able to use a range of assessment strategies and analyse data to inform student learning
Positive, realistic and creative strategies for managing student behaviour and adhering to whole school practices
The ability to provide a safe and engaging learning environment that will truly make a difference
A willingness to be an effective member of the St Mary's professional community, committing to ongoing quality personal and professional learning
Current registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching

St Mary's Echuca is a co-educational Catholic Primary School of 580+ students from Foundation to Year 6, founded by the Bridgidine Sisters in 1887.
