The Opportunity

Join our vibrant St Joseph's School staff as an Administration Officer, working alongside passionate leaders and educators who care for the wellbeing and growth of our school community.  You will be part of a collaborative environment, contributing to the smooth day-to-day operations of the school while upholding and supporting its Catholic ethos and values.

A great opportunity for an on-going part time School Administration Officer - to join our positive, supportive and close-knit school environment, commencing on 10 June 2026 (or as negotiated).

The Position

  • Title: Administration Officer
  • Classification: (CEMEA 2022) Category B School Service Officer Level 1 Range
  • FTE / Hours per fortnight: 0.6 FTE / 39 hours per fortnight
  • Employment Status: Ongoing
  • Location: Quarry Hill
  • Other Requirements: WWCC, National Police Check
  • Potential start date: 10 June 2026 (negotiable)

Magnify Sandhurst

In 2025, a diocesan first, a comprehensive and exciting new learning and teaching program was simultaneously launched across over 50 Catholic schools in the Sandhurst Diocese. 

Magnify Sandhurst will be introduced across 2025 to 2027, with each phase designed to bring measurable improvements in each learning environment. 

Magnify Sandhurst is set to transform learning for students with more specific and explicit teaching practices, bringing greater consistency and a more predictable and effective education experience for all students. 

The Magnify Sandhurst program combines evidence-based practices in teaching and learning to support each student's unique needs, strengths, and goals, focusing on strengthening core areas like literacy and numeracy, building supportive classroom environments, and integrating Catholic values in daily learning.
