Catholic Education Sandhurst Limited (CESL) are seeking a Psychologist to join our Inclusive Education Team. This is an exciting ongoing opportunity reporting to the Inclusive Education Lead.
The Psychologist at CES Ltd is an integral member of the Inclusive Education Team, which comprises Education Officers and Speech Pathologists. This team collaborates to support schools in developing Multi-tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) that cater to the diverse needs of learners.
As part of the Inclusive Education Team, the psychologist is responsible for supporting the triage of students with complex needs in consultation with colleagues and determining an appropriate evidence-based follow-up for each individual student.
Professional development for school staff is also a key part of the role – working with office-based colleagues to support the delivery of best practice initiatives across the Diocese and in individual school settings.

The CESL Office Team comprises of close to 150 employees working across 7 key functional areas, supporting over 50 schools and early childhood centres within the Sandhurst Diocese. We are a supportive and friendly team who are committed to working collaboratively with our schools to achieve the best outcomes possible for our students. With office locations in Bendigo, Wangaratta and Tatura.
About You
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate psychologist to join our Inclusive Education Team. If you have strong assessment and communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability, we would love to meet with you. Ability to collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team and with school staff is crucial. Respect for diversity and cultural competence is essential, as inclusion is a core value of our team. The ideal candidate would have experience/interest in working in education systems; and will adhere to ethical standards, maintain confidentiality, and commit to ongoing professional development.
