Catholic Education Sandhurst Limited (CESL) is looking for a Program Coordinator to join our Business Innovation team.

You’ll play a key part in coordinating activities, managing project documentation, and building strong relationships with stakeholders, all while contributing to the mission and values of Catholic Education Sandhurst.

The Position

  • FTE / Hours: 1.0 FTE / 38 hours per week
  • Employment Status: Ongoing
  • Location: Bendigo
  • Other Requirements: WWCC and National Police Check

About The CESL Office

The CESL Office Team comprises of close to 150 employees supporting over 50 schools and early childhood centres within the Sandhurst Diocese. We are a supportive and friendly team who are committed to working collaboratively with our schools to achieve the best outcomes possible for our students. With office locations in Bendigo, Wangaratta and Tatura.

You will bring

  • Excellent organisational and coordination skills to manage multiple projects and priorities across a strategic portfolio.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Advanced skills in project documentation, reporting, budget development and maintenance and digital portfolio tools.
  • Expertise in risk, issue, and dependency management at a portfolio level, with the ability to design and implement governance frameworks and conduct project audits.
  • Problem-solving mindset with adaptability to changing needs.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate across teams.
  • 2+ years’ project/program coordination experience in a mature PM practice.

In 2025, a diocesan first, a comprehensive and exciting new learning and teaching program was simultaneously launched across over 50 Catholic schools in the Sandhurst Diocese. 

Magnify Sandhurst will be introduced across 2025 to 2027, with each phase designed to bring measurable improvements in each learning environment. 

Magnify Sandhurst is set to transform learning for students with more specific and explicit teaching practices, bringing greater consistency and a more predictable and effective education experience for all students.
