Working collaboratively with CESL and the parish community, you will provide leadership across all aspects of school life, including:

  • Community engagement and partnerships.  

  • Strategic planning and resource stewardship.

 This opportunity may suit: 

  • An experienced Principal seeking to lead a well-established and highly regarded Catholic school community.  

  • A Deputy Principal or senior educational leader ready to take the next step into principalship, supported by strong system leadership and professional development. 

About You 

You are a collaborative and values-driven leader who is passionate about Catholic education and committed to ensuring every student can flourish.  

You will bring: 

  • Demonstrated leadership experience within a Catholic education setting.  

  • A commitment to fostering faith, learning and wellbeing outcomes for all students.  

  • Strong instructional leadership and a focus on continuous improvement.  

  • The ability to build authentic relationships across school and parish communities.  

  • Accreditation to Teach Religious Education or Lead in a Catholic School.  

  • Registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (or eligibility).  

  • A Master's degree (or willingness to commence postgraduate study).
