Marketing and Social Media Coordinator

Purpose

We’re seeking a creative and motivated Marketing and Social Media Coordinator to support the delivery of marketing campaigns, digital communications and brand initiatives across Catholic Education Sandhurst. If you’re passionate about marketing, content creation and emerging digital trends, and enjoy bringing ideas to life across multiple platforms, we’d love to hear from you!

Join our Marketing and Communications Team in this exciting full-time opportunity supporting more than 50 schools and a growing network of early childhood services across regional Victoria, helping to strengthen engagement with students, families, staff and local communities.

About You

  • Demonstrated experience in marketing, communications and social media, with the ability to deliver successful campaigns across digital channels.
  • Proven capability managing and optimising social media platforms, digital advertising campaigns and online engagement.
  • Strong content creation skills including copywriting, graphic design.
  • Experience using analytics and audience insights to measure performance, inform strategy and improve outcomes.
  • Highly organised and self-motivated, with the ability to take initiative, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build positive relationships across schools and communities.
  • Strong understanding of child-safe digital practices and the responsible use of social media in an education environment.
