Applications are invited for a part-time experienced Learning Support Officer. The position commences as soon possible and is fixed term until 26th January 2026. The position is for 5 days a week, working Monday - Friday 8:25am – 3:10pm.

The successful applicant must demonstrate:
A strong understanding of diverse learners and a deep commitment to inclusive education practices that prioritise equity, dignity, and student growth.
The ability to work in partnership with teaching staff to deliver high-impact strategies and adjustments that meet the needs of all learners and remove barriers to learning.
Confidence and skill in supporting the implementation of the Response to Intervention (RTI) framework across all three tiers:
- Tier 1: Proactive, evidence-based whole-class strategies to support universal access to learning.
- Tier 2: Targeted, data-informed small group interventions to address emerging learning needs.
- Tier 3: Intensive, individualised support for students requiring more specialised instruction.
A commitment to creating safe, respectful, and engaging learning spaces where every student feels known, valued, and supported to succeed.
A desire to work in a “high support, high expectations” environment, where learning growth for all is the shared goal.
A positive, enthusiastic presence, with a genuine desire to experience the purpose of supporting student learning every day.
A willingness to be enter a coaching relationship based on positive feedback, goals setting and continual improvement.
