We are seeking a Learning Support Officer to join our school community. The position will commence on 28 January 2025 and we will accept Part Time and Full Time applications. All positions will be Ongoing so come and join our positive, supportive and close-knit school environment.

You will:
Collaborate and Plan: Work with teachers and Learning Enrichment Leaders to plan and implement curriculum adjustments, interventions, and Personalized Learning Plans (PLPs) to support inclusive education for all students.
Student Support and Guidance: Assist individual students and small groups, both in and out of the classroom, by providing support aligned with their PLPs, including notetaking, scribing, clarifying instructions, and ensuring their participation in activities.
Progress Monitoring and Reporting: Maintain records of learning interventions, complete observation records, and regularly report on student progress to the Learning Enrichment Leaders and classroom teachers.
Behavior and Relationship Management: Maintain respect, empathy, and positive relationships with students while supporting behavior standards and ensuring a productive classroom environment.
Additional Camp Support: Provide supervision and assistance during camps, including supporting students’ everyday and social/emotional needs, leading small group activities, and reporting concerns to teachers.
