You will:

• Support Catholic Identity & Values – Uphold the College’s mission, vision, and Catholic ethos, actively participating in its liturgical life.
• Notebook Service Centre Operations – Provide first-line ICT support, diagnose and repair hardware/software issues, manage service logs, and liaise with parents, staff, and students on notebook-related matters.
• College Network & ICT Systems – Assist with software imaging, device deployment, inventory management, and network security under the guidance of the ICT Manager.
• AV Systems Support – Assist with setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance of AV equipment, providing support in the absence of the AV Technology Technician.
• Administration & Professional Development – Attend meetings, training, and compliance programs, maintain confidentiality, and adhere to the College’s Professional Dress Code.
