The Opportunity
Catholic Education Sandhurst Ltd (CES Ltd) is seeking a HR specialist to join our Employee Relations Team in the position of Advisor. Commencement date is negotiable, and the role will be reporting directly to the Employee Relations Manager. This is an exciting, fixed-term opportunity to provide Employee and Industrial Relations (ER/IR) advice and support, whilst collaborating closely with Analysts. The incumbent will bring a deep knowledge of industrial instruments to the table, ensuring smooth interpretation and application to support evolving business needs.
The FTE for this position is negotiable, and we encourage candidates to note their preference in their application.
